Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped via USPS using their 2-Day Delivery service. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package until it arrives at your doorstep.
Processing Time
We strive to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that processing time does not include weekends or holidays. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on your delivery location and the size/weight of your package. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, so stay tuned for updates.
Delivery Times
Once your order has shipped, delivery will typically occur within 2 business days via USPS 2-Day Delivery. However, please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather delays or high shipping volumes, particularly during peak seasons such as holidays.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States, including all 50 states and U.S. territories. For customers located in Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories, please allow for additional delivery time.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping at a flat rate of $30 per item. Enjoy free shipping on all orders of $499 or more, making it even easier to get the perfect watch delivered to your door.
Order Tracking
After your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package’s progress directly through the USPS website.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Caliber Watches is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed as delivered by USPS. If your package has been lost or stolen, please contact USPS directly to file a claim. We are happy to assist you with any information needed to process your claim.
Incorrect Shipping Information
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the shipping address provided is accurate. Caliber Watches is not responsible for any delays or delivery issues that arise due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information. If you realize you’ve made an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at [EthanColborn@caliberwatches.com] to correct the information before the package is shipped.
Undeliverable Packages
If your package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address, refusal of delivery, or inability to receive the package, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply in such cases.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Caliber Watches is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen events beyond our control, such as postal service interruptions, weather-related delays, or customs processing issues.
Damaged Goods
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at [support@caliberwatches.com]. Be sure to include photos of the damaged packaging and items. We will work with USPS to resolve the issue and ensure a replacement or refund is processed as quickly as possible.
Signature Requirement
For orders over $500, a signature may be required upon delivery to ensure your valuable items are received safely. If no one is available to sign for the package, USPS will leave a notice for re-delivery or pick-up at a local USPS facility.
